As the crazy year comes to an end, the demand for customized apparel, the delivery of the first rounds of COVID vaccinations and the number of ecommerce orders are pushing the carriers to the limit. The record volume of online orders, shut downs because of the COVID Pandemic, and the normal increase in packages because of the holiday season mean that many shipping carriers will be experiencing significant delays. We want to make sure you get your orders delivered to you in a timely manner and we are doing everything possible but there may be delays that are out of our control. We are working closely with our direct to garment printers and our shipping carriers to minimize any impact to you. We will continue to provide you with the high standards for service you have come to expect from Shirt App. As always, the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers is our highest priority.
Risk Of Loss
Please ensure that the information you have provided at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. All purchases from Shirt App are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have not received your package or have any questions regarding the delivery please contact the carrier.
Return, Refunds and Title
Due to the custom nature of our products, Shirt App does not accept returns. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Shirt App does not take title to the refunded item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can’t be changed or canceled as we begin creating your custom product immediately. Please check your order for complete accuracy before submitting.
What type of garments are used?
Your designs are printed on adult Bella Canvas t-shirts and Gildan hoodies, crewnecks & long sleeves.
**In the event of inventory shortages we reserve the right to print your design on a garment comparable to our normal offerings.
How can I help ensure that my final product is great quality?
High quality photos are required to ensure a high quality print that you'll love. We recommend 300dpi (dots per inch) or higher.
Your Representations and Liability
By ordering from us, you are representing to us that you have all of the rights and permissions you need under applicable laws to use all of the images and other content you want us to print on your ordered items. Keep in mind that images of other people, as well as designs, brand names, logos, photos and other content you do not own may be owned by others and that there are permissions you may be required to obtain. If it turns out that you don’t have all of the permissions you need and if we are contacted by owners of the content, you may have liability under applicable laws.
When will my order be printed and shipped?
**Covid-19 has created an approximate 5 business day delay in addition to the times quoted below. Delivery dates depend on your selection during checkout. Our current delivery methods are listed below.
Standard Delivery Estimate: 8-10 business days
Preferred Delivery Estimate: 4-8 business days
Rush Delivery Estimate: 3-6 business days
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than the typical mainland transit times and are estimated to be delivered within 12-15 business days.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of the package.
